Qualification: Graduate in Engineering/ Post Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing will be an additional qualification.

Experience: More than 20 years in a manufacturing industry, of which at least 10 years in a Senior Position with sufficient exposure to different areas of management including Strategic decision making, Operations Management, Project Management and Business Development.

Age: Around 50 years.

The position being in the Senior Management Cadre, calls for various core competencies like Organisational Leadership, People Management, Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, Technology Management, etc.

Regional manager required for an educational institute in Kochi

NIFE is a nationally operated educational institute with 100 plus centres in India. NIFE is a pioneer and brand leader in such job oriented courses like Fire & Safety and Fibre Optic Cable Technology.

In line with our expansion in Maharashtra we are on the look out for a Regional Manager to look after the entire state of Maharashtra. We have already 14 branches operating in Maharashtra. A lot more branches are in the offing. All these branches would report to the Regional Head and he shall be responsible for building up business and taking care of the administrative requirements of these branches. he shall be based out of the Regional office at Thane.

The ideal candidate shall have at least 6-8 years experience as a branch head of an established educational institute or should have been an Area Manager for at least 2-3 years. Candidates who have worked in service industry/ consumer durable company as a regional head looking after 8-10 branches can also be considered. As a regional head he shall be responsible in making sure that the branches operate as profit centres and the academic activities at the branches are conducted smoothly. He shall report to the MD at Corporate Office. Salary shall be in the range of Rs. 35k to 40k per month.
